Terms of Service

Acceptance

By using Turbodance, you agree to these terms. Turbodance lets you create dance videos by adding back dancers, visual effects, and filters to a video you upload, using the system's character generation and compositing technology.

Your account and your responsibility

You are responsible for the content you create and upload. Do not generate content that breaks the law or infringes on someone else's rights. We may refuse service for abusive use.

Credits and packs

Credits are the currency used for generation. Credits are non-transferable. Purchased credit packs expire 30 days after purchase, and unused credits are forfeited upon expiration. For the packs and prices, see the Terms of sale.

Generation and quality

Credits are consumed per second of video generated, at a rate that depends on the quality tier (Standard, Gold, or Diamond). If credits are deducted for a generation that fails, they are automatically refunded to your balance.

Your content

You own the videos you upload and the videos you generate. You give Turbodance a license to process them solely to provide the service to you. Generated characters are stored to provide the service and are not used to train any model.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion is permanent and removes your credits, characters, and videos. It is completed within 30 days. See the Privacy policy for what that means for your data.

The service is provided "as is"

Turbodance is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that every generation will succeed or that the service will be uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may modify these terms. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Disputes are brought before the French courts.
