We sell digital credit packs, used to generate videos on Turbodance. Credits are consumed per second of generation, at a rate that depends on the quality tier: Standard 40 credits per second, Gold 90 credits per second, Diamond 160 credits per second. See the Terms of Service for how generation works.
A welcome bonus of 500 credits is granted to new accounts at no cost and is not for sale.
Prices are shown in euros, including VAT, at the time of purchase on the Stripe Checkout page.
Payment is made by card through Stripe Checkout, as a one-time payment. Promotion codes may be accepted where available.
Credits are added to your account immediately after your payment is confirmed.
Under article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered immediately, because credit packs are consumed as you generate videos. By confirming your purchase, you expressly agree that delivery begins immediately and you waive your right of withdrawal.
Credit packs expire 30 days after purchase. Unused credits are forfeited upon expiration.
Credits are non-refundable once consumed. Unused, unexpired credits may be refunded at the seller's discretion on request to [email protected]. If credits are deducted for a failed generation, they are automatically refunded to your balance.
These terms of sale are governed by French law. Disputes are brought before the French courts.
