How do credits work? ▼

Credits are the currency used for video generation. Each step has a cost:

AI character generation: 80 credits per character (4 images per generation)
Compositing: 50 credits
Video generation, Standard (720p): 40 credits per second
Video generation, Gold (720p): 90 credits per second
Video generation, Diamond (1080p): 160 credits per second

Example: a 10-second video at Standard (720p) with two characters = 160 + 50 + (40 × 10) = 610 credits total. Credit packs expire 30 days after purchase.

Solo and Plus unlock Gold (720p). Premium and Content Master unlock Diamond (1080p). All packs expire 30 days after purchase.

How do I create a custom character? ▼

Go to the Character step
Choose "Create with AI"
Describe your character in the prompt
Tap Generate (80 credits per character, 4 images each, two characters per video)
Select the ones you like and continue to video generation

Be careful with copyrighted characters, brands, or real people's likenesses: using them without permission is your responsibility, not Turbodance's. We recommend sticking to original characters. Note that some generations may be interrupted by safety filters that are outside Turbodance's control.

How long can my video be? ▼

You can upload a clip between 3 and 30 seconds. On the free Welcome pack, keep your clip to about 5 seconds. The video generation step is billed per second, at your quality tier: Standard 40, Gold 90, or Diamond 160 credits per second. The character generation step is a flat 80 credits per character, regardless of length. Format support:

Input: MP4, MOV
Output: MP4 (works on all devices)

Why did my generation fail? ▼

Common reasons:

Insufficient credits: check your balance before generating
Content policy violation: our safety filters block inappropriate content
Server issues: temporary problem on our end

If credits were deducted for a failed generation, they are automatically refunded to your balance. See full Shoot Guide

Do my credits expire? ▼

Yes. Purchased credit packs expire 30 days after purchase. Unused credits are forfeited upon expiration. Make sure to use your credits within the 30-day window.

Can I get a refund? ▼

Credit packs: Non-refundable once purchased
Failed generations: Credits are automatically refunded to your balance

How do I delete my account? ▼

Go to Settings > Delete Account. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

All your credits, characters, and videos will be permanently removed
Deletion is completed within 30 days
